Guarantee

All items placed with ShadeBeach include a free 30-day warranty. The warranty covers products that do not work due to a defective or non-functioning product that was not caused by the buyer. The warranty covers working parts that affect the primary function of the device, including the battery. If you discover a defective product during the warranty period, Weston Store will, at our option, replace the product free of charge.

How to claim your warranty?

Please contact us at contact@shadebeach.com with your original order number, reason for replacement, and photos of your item within 30 days of receiving your item. A replacement will be provided to you. ShadeBeach is not responsible for shipping costs. We may also ask you to send the product by post. The warranty can only be used and claimed by the buyer.
